The necessary research was conducted for the platform and issues such as how the site should be, how the business can be according to the association legislation were investigated. As a result of the research, it was learned that since the associations are non-profit institutions, it was not appropriate to open a marketplace where sales are made through the site and to operate our business. As a solution to the issue, the sales and cargo sections on the site were canceled. Thus, it was found appropriate for the e-commerce platform to function as a promotional site. It was decided that the site to be opened in this way would operate as B2B, that is, from company to company sales. In addition, the documents of the site, such as KKVK, open consent text, membership agreement, were rearranged in line with the site to be built. After this research, a meeting was held with the partners and information was provided and suggestions such as the site name and logo were asked. Since the project was international, an English name was considered for the site and in the queries made, the domain name collectivebazaar.net was found empty and purchased from among the names considered. The area where the site will be hosted was purchased for 2 years and speed tests were performed. The basic structure of the site, product categories, information to be requested in the registration section, project and site promotional articles, information to be seen on the product pages, the layout of the home page, and the color scheme of the site were performed. SSL certificate was set for the security of the site, search engine integration, marketing and SEO processes were carried out for the visibility of the site. However, since there was no budget for the site's advertisement in the project, its promotion was announced to our association and partners free of charge, and developments were shared by sharing on the project's social media accounts. Our designer Osman Bey explained the operation of the site in the meetings held with our partners. Our partners were asked to make an announcement to their members and tradesmen in the region. Due to the change made in the membership registration section, company registration will start on the site. At the end of the project, information such as the number of clicks, members and products of the site will be presented to your agency.
