YOUTH IN E-COMMERCE ECOSYSTEM

 

Project is a strategic partnership project on e-commerce named 'Youth in the E-commerce Ecosystem', which was accepted in the Erasmus+ 2021 2nd call period with contract number 2021-2-TR01-KA220-YOU-000048793. The project is coordinated by the Association of Tradesmen and Craftsmen (headquarters). Project partners; It is carried out together with Yunus Emre Institute Skopje representative office from Macedonia, 'Tradesmen' Businessmen and Tradesmen Association from Kosovo, Yunus Emre Institute Budapest branch from Hungary, and Ankara Ostim Technical University from Turkey. In summary, the project includes an e-commerce platform, entrepreneurship book, entrepreneurship ideas competition, entrepreneurship ideas promotional film, e-commerce workshop, e-commerce training and gala program. In addition, transnational project meetings and e-commerce activities will be held with the participation of two representatives from each partner in the countries where the project partner institutions are located.

1. The 1st transnational project meeting was held in the country of Macedonia, hosted by the Yunus Emre Institute Skopje representative office. In the two-day studies; The project meeting, the decision of the project poster and logo, the introduction of the institutions, the presentation of the activities of the institutions, the current state of e-commerce and general commercial information, and the visits of public and private institutions related to trade and press were held.

 

2. The 2nd transnational project meeting was held in Kosovo, hosted by the 'Tradesmen' Businessmen and Tradesmen Association. In the two-day studies; The project meeting, planning of future activities, announcement of the entrepreneurship ideas competition, consultation on the e-commerce platform, visits of public and private institutions related to trade and the press, and a sample e-commerce company visit and review were held.

 

3. The e-commerce platform was designed as a B2B marketplace. This activity was carried out by ESDER under the coordination of project coordinator Ahmed Cihad ÇELÄ°KUS. The platform is open to companies from all over the world, especially project partner countries and members of partner institutions. There are no membership or commission fees on the platform. 4. The short film shooting was planned as a promotional film in which the winners of the 'Entrepreneurship Ideas' competition explained their ideas. As a result of the low number of applications for the competition, a promotional film was shot for innovative ideas selected from Ostim Technical University students. This film aimed to bring together students' ideas with investors. The opinions of 8 people in the film will be voted on and the first three people will be selected and awards will be given at the gala. 5. Entrepreneurship handbook project partner Dr. from Ostim Technical University. It was prepared under the editorship of DoÄŸuÅŸ YÜKSEL and lecturer Bahattin Gökan TOPAL. This book was prepared for young people who want to start a business, move their business to digital and develop their e-commerce. You can download the digital version of the book free of charge from the websites of the project partner institutions.

 

6. The e-commerce training activity will be a one-week training camp for young people. This activity will be organized by ESDER in Ankara/Turkey. Five young participants from the project partners will be given accelerated training by academics who are experts in e-commerce, relevant institutions will be visited, and trips and social-cultural activities will be organized.Activities to be carried out ;

 

7. The workshop will be organized on the main topics of e-commerce. This activity is carried out by ESDER and Ostim Tek. Univ. It will be done collaboratively. In order to encourage young entrepreneurship in Turkey, especially students, Ä°ÅžKUR, KOSGEB, Ministry of Commerce, universities, businessmen and the press will be invited.

 

8. The 3rd transnational project meeting will be held with similar activities in Hungary.

 

9. The 4th Transnational project meeting will be hosted by the Tradesmen and Craftsmen Association in Turkey. Activities similar to those at other transnational meetings will be organised. This meeting will be held on the same date as the gala program.

 

10. The gala program will be held in Ankara at the end of the project. At the premiere; e-commerce platform, introduction of the entrepreneurship book, first screening of the promotional film of entrepreneurship ideas, information about the project, and award presentations of entrepreneurship ideas will be given. E-commerce software, cargo, finance and related companies will open stands at the entrance of the program.
